1.Does SGMdigital have a FREE Artist account so I can showcase my bio, music, and More. ?
Yes, we do offer Free artist account with minor features. Just click on create an artist account on the right side of the home page. To gain full access and take complete control of your music you can upgrade to the V.I.P Access at anytime in the artist control panel.If you would like to join as a member you can open a Free account as well, the member account is considered a fan account, and of course DJ accounts are free to.
2. When I subscribe will I be on a contract?
No, there is no contract or obligation for any customer.
3.I signed up for a free account, but now I can't sign in.
Make sure you check your email and click on the activation link to validate you account.
4. Does my monthly payment get deducted automatically every month?
Yes, payments are deducted automatically monthly. Makes it easier on the customer and our billing department. So If you accidentally forget to pay your bill your subscription will not be put on hold.
5. Can I set up a billing cycle to where I make the payment on my own monthly?
No, we do regret that at this time. We may in the near future put something together due to this interest.
6. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we do accept credit cards through our pay pal system you can setup a pay pal account for free www.paypal.com
7. Can I sell used audio CDs of my own material?
Yes, only if they are in good selling condition for a potential customer.
8. Can I sell other artist CDs and not just mine?
Yes, you can sell multiple artist on one account only if you are a Record Label or Cd Distributor that has the permission to do so or a license from the artist, if so your account will disputed or terminated
9. How many CDs can I upload under my subscription as a solo artist, group, or band.?
As many as you like as long as it is your artist, group, or bands material (e.g. friends, family and co workers can not use the same account.
10. Can I sell other music besides gospel?
No, this is strictly a Christian based website, gospel only we are uplifting JESUS CHRIST.
11. Do you give refunds on CD(s) I buy and don’t like after purchase?
Unfortunately not, because we can’t make decisions for you on the styles you like. Please sample the music before you purchase.
12. I ordered a CD(s) from an artist and never have received my product?
If you placed an order with an artist and never received the product please contact sgmdigital.com through our contact page to help resolve this problem.
13. Can I sell burned CD(s)
Yes, you can sell burned CD(s) as long as it is your original music and you own the copyright to the material, but do not attempt to burn other artist CD's due to copy write infringements and laws.
14. Once I subscribe to sgmdigital.com can I upload my music immediately?
Yes, you may upload immediately. You must first validate your account to begin uploads.
15. I signed up as a free artist account where is the option to upgrade?
After signing up as a free artist, How do I receive V.I.P Access to sgmdigital.com to to take complete control of my music?
By the upgrade to unlimited artist account button located in your artist control panel. Once payment is made you can begin uploading immediately , usually within in a few moments.
16. How do I modify or edit my artist personal account?
Log in to your control panel, look for artist. Click modify.
17. How can I quickly preview my profile after I have made adjustments or included new songs?
In your control panel click on profile. You can view profile, customize profile, or rebuild profile and rebuild means to refresh settings.
18. How do I review my artist profile statistics?
Click on profile in your control panel, and look for statistics and it will give you the artist report..
19. I want to Blog, How can I ?
In your control panel, click on blog and create a blog. You have the option to create a blog, Delete a previous blog, or modify a blog.

21. I want to add a song to my flash player list how do I do that?
Go to your control panel, click on create a song and follow the correct process and fill in the correct information that it request. Mp3 formats only for audio. You can create, delete, or modify a song at anytime in your control panel.
22. How do I upload a Video?
In your control panel click on Video, you can add a video by creating a video, delete avideo, or modify an existing video. This works just like creating a song,. Video formats: wmv,mov,flv
23. I want to sell my album(s) how can I?
Click on the store option in your control panel, you can create, modify, or delete an item whenever you like. You can also sell product table merchandise like books, videos, mugs, t-shirts etc. But remember you are responsible for shipping the products.
How do I sell digital downloads?Go to your control panel, click on create songs, upload song of your choice and fill in the correct information and always make sure you enter a price and a valid paypal email address in that form as well.
24. What is the vault?
The vault is where all your media files are stored , the vault and the songs worked together in other words. This keeps users from stealing your material, they must purchase it for download, or by permission from a DJ and SGMdigital for radio release
25. I want to add a song to my flash player list how do I do that?

26. What does station mean?
Station is considered a radio station, Give your station a name, upload an image for your station, add songs to your station. Just customize it the way you like.
27. What is a channel?
The channel will be where your videos are played under for example, Rick’s Southern Gospel - and you would upload a video and include the video(s) to this channel.
28. Can I add calendar dates for my schedule?
Sure you can just click on calendar option in your control panel and include date etc.
29. How does promo codes work?
Just create a promo code, give it a name, discount value, and fill in the other information needed, and it will generate you a promo code to give away to fans, friends, and customers. You can also give the promo code a expiration date.
30. I want to sell my music on my site does SGMdigital have any tools to offer me to put on my website
Yes, absolutley. Go to your flash player where your songs are streamed on your sgmdigital profile page, look for embed code. Ok click on embed code and it will copy it for you, now go to your myspace or website page and paste the code where ever you like. Now fans can listen to your music and buy.Everytime you update your song list and a new or delete a song it should update on your website or mysapce page as well.
31. I purchased an artist account for one year, now I decide I dont want it. Can I recieve a refund?
We do appoligize but we do not give any refunds on any of our accounts, unless otherwisea mistaken on our end, if you subscribe monthly you can cancel anytime by sending us an email. You will not receive a refund from past due months. After you cancel your account will stat active until the end of the billing date.
